Aerobics (or cardiovascular) training will improve your looks, your health and your mental fitness. Right along with resistance training, it is one of the best self-improvement activities you can ever engage in. You will learn new movement skills; your coordination, balance, and posture will reflect a more positive, confident 'Diva-like' attitude. You'll be so much more energetic, and capable of accomplishing more tasks during your day.

Cardiovascular training helps you to succeed at weight loss by burning that unwanted body fat and enables you to fit into your clothes better and quicker than dieting alone. It also does nice things for your skin from reducing acne breakouts to fighting the signs of aging. The sweat you work up during regular exercise can unclog pores, and a much deserved skin pampering post exercise session with a gentle scrub or delicious smelling mask can enhance that beautiful 'Diva' glow.

Research has shown that aerobics is one of the healthiest forms of exercise. This type of activity improves the function of your heart and lungs from increased oxygen consumption and blood volume, to lower blood pressure and resting heart rate; and reduces the risk of heart and arterial disease. Your heart won't work as hard in activities like stair-climbing, carrying groceries, or laundry. Your "bad" (LDL) cholesterol will decrease and your "good" (HDL) cholesterol will increase.
