Fitness-Diva-Knows welcomes your weight management related questions and comments on the fitness blog. This blog will be your tips, advice and pertinent weight loss information resource to guide you, the 'Diva', to a successful fitness and weight loss destination.

Need help with sorting out the diets, workout plans, exercise myths and misconceptions?

She's a ‘know-it-all’ (wink!) and will provide solid, down-to-earth tips and advice for you to truly succeed in changing your shape. Her reason for being is to educate, motivate, support and inspire women to take charge of their health, fitness and general well being.

Her mission is to provide simple yet sound advice for losing weight, and to coach you to your goal of getting fit, and living healthily. Fitness-Diva-Knows wants to help women to make the lifestyle changes that will help them feel good about their shape and feel strong and healthy.

She is going to be your gabby and sometimes quirky ‘answer expert’, similar to Ms. Manners or Dear Abby.

At times she will let her own strong, confident, pushy-maybe-sometimes, ‘Diva’ personality hang out and go on a rant while dispensing the fitness tips and advice.

Post your entries to 'Dear MissFitnessDivaKnows' and she will provide you with the information and ammunition you need to win the battle of the body woes.

You can post your comments or questions or just follow the discussions if you want.
