I recommend that you get a fitness buddy. Try working out with a like-minded partner who has similar goals as yours. An exercise buddy will help you to stay motivated and consistent with your workouts. It helps to have a friend that you are accountable to. You will be less likely to hit the snooze button again when you know that someone is going to be outside blowing the car horn -- loudly, if you are not ready.
Look for a workout buddy within your circle of family members, friends, co-workers, neighbors, or church members. SURELY there is SOMEONE who will put up with your sleepy, moody, tired, resistant self when it's time to get going.
Or maybe, perhaps, you will be the motivator for that friend of yours who constantly complains that her body looks and feels soft and mushy.
In or out of the gym, there are so many opportunities to meet like-minded friends with similar fitness levels and goals, so connect with someone.
