3. Develop healthy workout habits - Fitness should not be an option.

4. Develop healthy eating habits - Start your day with a healthy breakfast.

5. Hire a Trainer - Getting a Personal Trainer can be a step in the right direction if you want to lose weight.

6. Buddy up! - I recommend working out with a like-minded partner who has similar goals as yours.

7. Get a 'Diva' attitude - Put away the negative self-talk.
