Do you want to develop a fitness habit, be fit, and look great? Successful exercisers don’t spend wasted time and mental energy talking themselves into their fitness program; they just do it. You can model those individuals who appear energetic, upbeat, youthful, and on the go. You want to look like her—eventually you gotta act like her, right?

It actually takes about 21-30 days to make habits that will fuel your exercise motivation and desire to obtain your fitness and weight loss goals.

Your goal is to just show up until it becomes a habit.

Careful, take it easy if it’s been awhile or you are new to this fitness venture: if you do too much too fast you may injure yourself or crash and burn, and we’ll never see you again.

Be prepared and have comfortable workout clothes, decent athletic shoes ,gym bag, toiletry bag, workout gloves, etc., clean and ready for your workouts.
